The weather was very kind to us on Saturday 4th October 2014 during the Sulwyn Thomas Open Golf Tournament at Derllys Golf Club, Bancyfelin. WRW Kidwelly kindly sponsored the event and £639 was raised for Talking Books Wales. Thanks to everyone that contributed to the raffle prize and to the staff of Derllys Golf Club for their kindness. Mansel Thomas and Gareth Gravell were responsible for organising the successful event and Dianne and Glenys kindly sold raffle tickets throughout the day. Many hanks to Adrian Evans for taking photographs.
An enjoyable day was had by all, and we look forward to repeating this event in 2015.
